Admission Processes
The candidates can apply online through the web portal of University (www.bilaspuruniversity.ac.in). New session starts from 1st of July , entire admission process completes as per guidelines of higher education chhattisgarh. Admission in other semesters i.e. 2nd,3rd,4th,5th and 6th semester completes within 7 days after completion of examination (on provisional basis). The provisional admission is regularized within seven days from the date of publication of result.
The college follows a very transparent student admission process. All the important information related to admission is provided on the web site, brochure, local news papers and notice board. The admission is done entirely on the basis of merit at UG and PG level. College follows the guidelines issued by Department of Higher Education. College constitutes various admission committees to look after the admission process.
Eligibility for admission :
CG Domicile: Admission is given to residents of Chhattisgarh state ( As per roster on merit basis). Candidates of other states would be entertained only if seat is vacant.
Minimum eligibility for admission in UG : Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination from any recognized board will be eligible for admission in UG first semester of relevant discipline.
Minimum eligibility for admission in PG : Candidate who has passed graduation can apply for admission in PG first semester of the subject which was one among core subjects in their UG programme.
Age Limit : Relaxation in age is given as per guidelines laid by Department Of Higher Education, Chhaattisgarh Government.
Weightage : Weightage for various activities(like NSS,NCC, Sports etc.) will be provided as per the guidelines laid by Department Of Higher Education, Chhaattisgarh Government.
The reservation policy of the government for SC/ ST/OBC/ Physically Challenged/Women are followed as per the guidelines laid by Department Of Higher Education.
